To ensure proper operation, the following maintenance is performed on a service call:
- Lubricate all moving parts and coat torsion spring with regular grade oil.
- Check for loose or missing fasteners. Check spring components under tension.
- Check for wear and tear. End bearings, rollers, hinges and lift cables.
- Check track support.
- Check the ease of door (disconnecting the operator) to ensure proper operation. Note any binding or unusual noises.
- Check for seal of the door against jambs, header, and floor.
- Check for all safety warnings. Including operations of Garage Door Operators.
- All work performed is warrantied! **Some restrictions apply.
